Hard Rock Stadium has a commitment to reduce the facility’s carbon footprint. The venue sustains a high diverted waste percentage annually through innovative sustainability efforts that include recycling, composting through liquid food digesters and bio digesters as well as in converting kitchen oil recovered into bio fuel and thus renewable energy, sourcing products from local farms, installing LED field lights that reduced energy use by as much as 75%, donating food by the tonnage after events to local missions, a  no plastic straw policy, employments of waterless urinals and touchless sensor faucets and the deployment of mobile tickets. Hard Rock Stadium is a proud member of the Green Sports Alliance.
