HARD ROCK STADIUM MODERNIZATION
Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination that encompasses art, culture, some of the best food in the region, diversity, an elevated fan experience and the best Miami has to offer. The venue serves as home to the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football team, Orange Bowl, Super Bowl LIV and the 100th anniversary of the NFL, College Football Playoff Semifinals, major concerts, international soccer and a host of world-class events. This multi-purpose, open air complex is in the midst of a multi-year, $755 million renovation to enhance the fan experience. The modernization is being privately funded by Stephen Ross.
PHASE I
Phase I of the project that was completed for the 2015 season changed every seat in the stadium, rebuilt the concourses on the 100 and 300 levels, reduced capacity from 76,018 to 64,767, moved seats 25 feet closer to the field on the north and south sidelines, introduced five new premium spaces and allowed fans to enjoy improved food, enhanced concourses and 16 new restroom facilities throughout the venue.
Hard Rock Stadium’s renovation stands apart in enhancing every fan experience. In delivering a new caliber of luxury, Phase I introduced The NINE, The 72 Club, the North Sideline Club, Ford Field Club and the Atos Club presented by Dell EMC. For the everyday fan, new seating experiences debuted in the corner terraces, providing a unique social experience where guests watch the game from a half-round table and comfortable swivel chairs. Corner Terraces provide guests the enjoyment of sitting with family or friends without being confined to a row of seats.
PHASE II
For the 2016 season, a state-of-the-art canopy was installed that keeps as many as 92 percent of fans in the shade and protected from the rain along with four giant high-definition video boards. On Aug. 17, 2016, the Miami Dolphins christened the second phase of the renovation with a landmark 18-year naming rights agreement with Hard Rock International to name the newly renovated facility Hard Rock Stadium.
PHASE III
Unveiled in 2017 are remodeled, modernized suites throughout the stadium offering a more intimate club space on the Club Level with improved amenities and food, as well as the addition of theatre boxes and four new corner clubs. Phase III of the renovation brought new party terraces on the 300 level of Hard Rock Stadium. These party terraces have a bar that services guests on the concourse, as well as a double-sided bar with awesome views of the field. Each corner includes two semi-private spaces that each can hold up to 100 people – creating a new experience for a total of 800 guests per event. The Dolphins additionally have made a commitment to donate a party terrace of 100 military tickets each game to local troops serving our country. Throughout Phase III of the renovation, the exterior of the facility saw enhancements in the redesign of the parking lots and landscaping.

Goldman Global Arts and the Miami Dolphins collaborated to transform Hard Rock Stadium into a vibrant, monumental public art experience. Highlighting 18 artists from ten countries, the landmark mural project looks to create an artistic legacy and cement Hard Rock Stadium as an iconic, world class, cultural venue of Miami. The collection at Hard Rock Stadium is one of the world’s largest street art museums, curated by Goldman Global Arts. The exceptional line-up of international artists brings a variety of techniques and styles together to create a jaw-dropping tapestry of urban art contained in a single location.
